Is the price on screen the real price?
Yes. The price you see for your parts is what you pay. Shipping & handling is added at checkout, plus sales tax where it applies. There are no other fees.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum quantity. Order one part or tens of thousands.
Can I pay with a purchase order or get an invoice?
Card payment is the fastest way to order. For purchase orders, net terms or invoicing on repeat orders, email us.
Who makes the parts?
Parts are printed on large production print farms in the United States, then inspected, packed and shipped directly to you.
Are my files kept private?
Your files are used only to price and make your parts. We don't sell or publish them, and we're happy to sign an NDA for production work.
What if something's wrong with my parts?
If parts arrive damaged or don't match your file, email us within 14 days with your order code and a photo, and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or canceled until they go into production.
How is Multiply related to Subtract?
Multiply is the 3D printing side of Subtract Manufacturing, founded in 2025 by machinist AJ Huff. Subtract handles CNC machining and other subtractive work through a network of vetted American shops; Multiply handles additive.
