Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Multiply Manufacturing, a Subtract LLC company ("Multiply", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Quotes and orders

Prices shown on the site are for the file, material, color and quantity you selected. An order is accepted when payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund any order we can't produce, for example if a file turns out to be unprintable.

Your files

You confirm that you have the right to have the parts in your files manufactured, and that they don't infringe anyone's intellectual property. You keep all rights to your designs. We use your files only to price, produce and support your order.

What we won't make

We don't make weapons or weapon components, parts intended to cause harm, or anything illegal to make or own. We may refuse any order at our discretion.

Quality and fitness for use

Parts are made by FDM 3D printing to typical FDM accuracy, as described in our design guide. You're responsible for deciding whether a printed part is suitable for your application. Parts are not certified for medical, aerospace, safety-critical or food-contact use.

Problems with an order

If parts arrive damaged or don't match your file, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint or refund the affected parts. This is your sole remedy, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Shipping and risk

Shipping & handling is shown before you pay. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
