About an order
Include your order code (it's in your confirmation email and at the top of your order page). For a damaged or incorrect part, add a photo, and send it within 90 days of delivery so we can reprint or refund it.
To check status or tracking yourself, open the link in your confirmation email, or sign in to see all your orders.
Before you order
- Design questions: attach the file or a screenshot and tell us what the part does. The design guide answers most questions about walls, holes and fits.
- Special requirements: a deadline, a print orientation, extra strength in one direction or a specific material property. Tell us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
- Not sure 3D printing is right? Describe the part and how it's used. If machining fits better, we'll point you to Subtract.
